Who I am.

I was born in 1978 in former Czechoslovakia. After graduating from high school and finishing a few semesters at a business college at home I decided to pursue my education in New York City where I graduated in 2002 with a Communication Art major and minor in Photography from Baruch College.

My passion for photography started in my early childhood when my father, an amateur photographer, decided to transform one of the two tiny bathrooms into a dark room. There was where the magic began. After spending countless hours under the red light developing prints I was convinced that my dream had to come true. However, as life took me in different directions I didn't pick up a camera until I was in college and then, as if time had not passed, my old passion was rediscovered.

I have been living in Brooklyn, NYC for past 20 years and working in the fashion and photography industries for the past 17. I can honestly say that I have fully devoted my attention and skills  towards the art of photography and I love it.

The photographs on display consist of fashion and editorial shoots done throughout the years. Some of the images were done for personal projects others for specific publications.
